With a background in both journalism and finance, I specialise in complex topics that need to be explained clearly, precisely and accessibly. Based in Germany, I increasingly cover developments in Germany and Europe with relevance to Norwegian and Nordic audiences.

My journalism career began at Hegnar Media, where I worked with web TV, breaking news and written news coverage. I was also part of the launch of EiendomsWatch.no, a Norwegian business news publication covering the commercial real estate sector.

Since 2022, I have contributed regularly to Norwegian trade and business publications, while also writing for international media.

 

My reporting covers business, finance, commercial real estate, working life and public policy. From Munich, I also follow German and European developments, particularly where they have implications for Norway and the Nordic countries.

Before moving into journalism, I worked in finance and capital markets. This background continues to shape my reporting, particularly in understanding how political, economic and technological developments affect businesses, investors and financial markets.
